Mark and Mayte understood all of our requirements and perfectly tailored their services to match our needs. With some of our guests flying over from Spain for the event, we wanted an authentic caterer who would get the thumbs up from our European relatives - and indeed they did! Mark and Mayte were fantastic as they arrived with a completely self-sufficient catering system, and therefore blended into the background when preparing the paella...ready for the big reveal when dinner time came! Guests were really impressed with the food and service offered.

"When I decided to gather family and friends for my 40th birthday, I decided to make it a Spanish theme: Spanish food, drinks, music and even Spanish costumes.
Being Spanish (and well-travelled) I wanted the food to be the highlight of my party; therefore, I needed REAL SPANISH flavours. After talking to over 6 different companies, I decided to work with Mark and Mayte. Their patience and clear explanations on the type of food available, how it was cooked and the flexibility offered both on setup and pricing make me feel at ease with them. I made the job even more difficult by asking for dishes and ingredients not usual in the UK such as octopus and “cigalas”. The starters were amazing, with a “tuna empanada” we were eating a couple of days later as it was so good (and luckily our guests did not finish it). When we got to the paellas, Mark did a superb job. He managed to cook 2 paellas at the same time (1 just meat and 1 just seafood). They were delicious (people had seconds and thirds), looked fantastic and gave the party a great Spanish family atmosphere. All of the other items were home-made and of the highest quality and quantity.
 Mark and Mayte came as expected, setup the kitchen like pros and cleared things as well. I wish we had them at our wedding as caterers!! We will be using them again in the future, and if they do not have the dates available that you want…change the dates, it is worth waiting for them to be available.”"
