Paella lends itself perfectly to large events.

Made from scratch on site we are equipped to prepare up to five hundred portions for large events in one sitting and for very large events such as music festivals we can stagger the cooking and serve up to one thousand portions during the day

El Bon Plat Spanish caterers and artisan bakers are originally from the area of Spain where the Paella is said to have been invented, and the cooking techniques we use are exactly the same as those our Family use at home in Castellón
