Originally from a small fishing village on the central east coast of Spain in the Valencian region of Castellon. El Bon Plat are true artisan bakers and caterers run by husband and wife Mark and Mayte.

The Company

El Bon Plat have been trading for 4 years here in the UK and are well known for hand made pastries, classic Spanish pasteleria, bolleria and baked goods with very complete catering menus available for any event or occasion large or small. Mark and Mayte also give one on one cooking classes at your home using your own family kitchen or in their mobile kitchen for larger groups.
